Remember, a hypothesis statement is one that you try and porve to be correct
- Population was at its peak when the plague hit and resources were low in France.
- When plague hit their were many deaths very quickly. 60 % of Frace wiped out by the Plague.
- Skilled workers became scare - Masons, tilers, builders
- Serf (skilled peasants) became more important in society (earned status) as they was a great need for skilled labour.
- They could bid off, compete for higher wages.
- They were in high demand.
